I just got my tracking number and there’s no info!

Check it again tomorrow. It takes 1 day for the carrier to give status and a delivery date. UPS and FedEx provide delivery dates, USPS usually does not but they take no longer than 5 business days.

What do L and R stand for?

L and R stand for left and right. The left and right sides on a vehicle are determined as though you were sitting in the driver’s seat. The left is the driver’s side, and the right is the passenger’s side.

Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

Yes, we do. Thank you for your military service!

I need a part for my car that you don’t have listed. Can I special order one?

We only offer the parts that are listed on our web site.

How much is shipping?

All of our standard shipping is free to our customers within the contiguous 48 states. Expedited shipping and shipping outside the contiguous 48 states will incur a shipping fee based on weight, size and distance. We will quote a shipping and handling fee for orders outside the lower 48 States.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders typically take between 3 – 10 business days, depending on the delivery method. Every attempt is made to ship all orders from the closest warehouse that has the part available. We automatically send tracking information to your associated email address.

Can you match one of your competitor’s prices?

 We do not offer any form of price matching.

I need this part tomorrow; can you ship this item overnight ?

We do not offer free expedited shipping, but you can upgrade to UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air for an extra fee. If you choose Next Day or 2nd Day air, you will receive them on the next or second business day after you place the order if you order before 3:00 PM EST M-F, excluding holidays. Please note the Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days.

Can I have this item shipped to someone other than myself?

We can only ship to your confirmed address as determined by PayPal or your billing address if you pay with a credit card.

I live in Chicago area. Can I come and pick up parts ?

Yes, you can pick up the order at 4914 W Belmont Ave, Chicago IL 60641. Please call us 1 hour before a pickup.

How do you keep your auto part prices and all the listed items so low?

With an efficient website and low overhead costs, we are able to provide our customers with the low prices for aftermarket auto parts.

I need to return something. What’s your return policy?

We are happy to help! Please go to our returns page and fill out the form as best you can in order to request a return. We may request a series of questions that must be answered before a return is authorized. They usually consist of the following:
A) Vin Number.
B) Part Number on the box.
C) The position on vehicle the part is expected to fit.
Additional questions may be requested. Faut Automotive is happy to warranty our parts for 60 days after the date of the purchase. Parts must be in new, and salable condition and in the original box. Faut Automotive reserves the right to assess a 20% restocking fee.
We only warranty the cost of parts. Any installation, delivery costs, labor or any and all other fees are non-refundable.
If a part arrives damaged, or is defective, it is our responsibility to take care of it but it must be reported to us within 15 days of delivery.

Can I pay with a check, money order, or cash?

We only accept PayPal Express and all major Credit Cards. Cash is acceptable if the product is picked up at the Belmont warehouse.
