Customer Service & Return Policy
Buy as is. All items to be returned, for any reason, are sent at the customer’s expense. All returned items are subject to inspection to determine if credits are due. Returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge or $8.50, which ever is greater. Any order that is payed for and canceled is subject to our return policy of 15% charge or $8.50, which ever is greater.
All returns must have a copy of the invoice inside the returning box with an explanation for the reason for the return. All returns must have an RGA number for an item to be returned. The Item number and RGA number must be written on the outside of the returning box and on the enclosed copy of the invoice.
All damage claims will be processed through the shipping company, such as UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and / or COMMON CARRIER which in many cases delays the settlement of any claim for at least 30 days. Any and/or all adjustments will be made upon completion of said claim by the shipping company. Under no condition will the shipping and handling charges be credited for any return or for any reason.
Refused Packages/ Undeliverable Packages
Customers will be automatically charged a service fee for following reasons:
- Any refused package.
- Undeliverable packages due to incomplete address information, no signature on file, or no recipient at the shipping location provided.
- Re-shipment of packages returned to us.
Additional Store Information
We may require additional vehicle information to ensure proper fit. When selling items that have left and right sides, such as control arms, we generally list the left side. In most cases, we will not list unless both sides are available.
